01 / T1 FOR YOUR ROUTE

From Dutch ports and warehouses to the road

A T1 customs document is used mainly for non-Union goods moving under customs supervision to the customs office of destination.

We prepare T1 declarations for cargo leaving Dutch ports and customs warehouses, as well as shipments travelling to or through the Netherlands. The starting point depends on the goods and the customs arrangements at the location.

If goods arrive by sea and are unloaded from the container or transferred at a customs warehouse before continuing by truck, include that step in your enquiry. Send the port location, warehouse address and onward destination.

02 / DETAILS TO PREPARE

What we agree before starting

We review the cargo location, documents and route before confirming the price.

  • Reviewing your route and cargo documents.
  • Preparing the T1 declaration and arranging the required guarantee.
  • Answering T1 questions and helping with customs requests during transit.

The customs guarantee covers duties and taxes that may become payable if transit requirements are not met. It is not cargo insurance and does not cover loss or damage to the goods.
