What we agree before starting
We review your cargo documents and route, identify the customs offices and confirm the price. Include the collection address or planned entry point into Poland and the final destination.

The customs guarantee covers duties and taxes that may become payable if transit requirements are not met. It is not cargo insurance and does not cover loss or damage to the goods.

One T1 declaration can cover transit through several countries, depending on the goods, route and guarantee. Send the full route and transport modes so we can confirm which stages the declaration will cover.
Can T1 start at a customs warehouse in Poland?
We prepare T1 declarations for agreed departures from Polish customs warehouses. Whether a particular location can be used depends on the cargo, route and customs arrangements. Send the warehouse address and destination so we can confirm the starting point.
What do I need to prepare for a T1 declaration?
Send an invoice or pro forma invoice, your route and any customs offices you already know. Include the packing list and CMR if available. We will tell you if anything else is needed.
Can T1 start at Poland's external EU border?
