Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Transify (“we”, “us”) handles information when authorized Transify team members use Transify Tools for internal keyword research.

Information the tool accesses

With authorization, Transify Tools accesses the Transify-owned Google Ads account through the Google Ads API. It retrieves keyword planning information such as keyword ideas, search volume ranges, competition estimates, bid estimates, and the selected language and geographic targeting. It may also use the Google Ads customer account identifier needed to make the API request.

How we use the information

We use this information only for Transify’s internal keyword research and website content planning. The tool does not connect customer Google Ads accounts and does not create or modify advertising campaigns.

Storage and access

Keyword research results are handled within Transify’s working environment and retained only while useful for the relevant research. Access is limited to authorized Transify team members. Google authorization credentials are kept in the restricted environment used to run the tool and are not published on this website or committed to the source-code repository.

Sharing

We do not sell Google user data. Data is accessed through Google Ads API and handled for the purpose described above. We do not use it for advertising campaign management or share it with unrelated third parties.

Your choices

Access to the Google Ads account can be revoked from the connected Google Account’s security settings. For questions about this policy or a request concerning information handled by Transify Tools, contact order@t1transit.com.

Google requirements

Transify Tools’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
