Terms of Service

These terms apply to Transify Tools, an internal utility operated by Transify for keyword research and website content planning. By accessing or using the tool, you agree to these terms.

Who may use the tool

Transify Tools is intended for authorized Transify team members. You may use it only for legitimate Transify business purposes and must protect your account credentials and any data you access.

Google Ads data

The tool accesses keyword planning information through Transify’s own Google Ads account. It is not provided for connecting customer advertising accounts, managing campaigns, or creating or changing ads. You must not use information obtained through the tool for any purpose outside the internal research described on the Transify Tools page and Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the tool, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the terms governing the services it connects to. Access may be suspended when it is no longer authorized or when needed to protect the tool or its data.

Research results

Keyword ideas, search volume ranges, competition indicators, and bid estimates are research information. They may change and are not a promise of advertising performance or business results. Verify information before relying on it for decisions.
