T2 Declaration. Submit T2 Transit Declaration

What is T2 Declaration?

A T2 declaration is a form used in the European Union (EU) for declaring goods that are being transported to a country outside of the EU or to a Common Transit country (CT). These goods are referred to as “community goods” which are either from the EU or have been bought in the EU, or are non-community goods that have been cleared for public circulation and are ready to be redistributed.

When transporting community goods to a country outside of the EU or to a CT, a T2 declaration must be completed. This form provides information about the goods being transported, including their value, weight, and description, as well as information about the person or company responsible for the goods.

It’s important to note that the T2 declaration is different from the declaration used for goods being transported in to or cross the territories of EU and Common Transit Union countries, which is known as the T1 transit declaration. The T2 declaration is specifically designed for the transportation of goods to countries outside of the EU and is necessary to ensure compliance with regulations in those countries.
